Reaching Out - Lombard
We share in support of the Lombard/Villa Park Food Pantry located at First Methodist Church of Lombard. Twice-a-month food donations are made to qualified families.
We donate food, including produce from the Deacon's summer garden project, and we provide volunteer help at the Pantry.

We share in support of the Walk-In Ministry and First Things First programs located at the Outreach House sponsored by First Church of Lombard. First Things First is a baby-needs pantry with food, clothing, and other care items. These ministries operate as joint efforts of several Lombard and Villa Park churches and community organizations.
Over 100 local churches support PADS. We participate in providing food and shelter for homeless individuals and families
Our congregation supports PADS in two ways:
- Financial contributions through our missions budget.
- Twice a month, volunteers serve at a local PADS site.

We reach out to our local community through Take It To Town. CPC members perform hands-on services such as:
- Free car wash (no donations accepted)
- Play area maintenance at Easter Seal Center
- Painting at a non-profit agency
- Painting at a foster family home
- Refreshments served to police and firefighters
