The Personnel Committee seeks to ensure the proper stewardship of the congregation’s staff and volunteer resources through:

• Reviewing the performance of each member of the paid staff annually with the pastor;
  
• Reviewing the salary and other forms of compensation of each member of staff and recommend appropriate changes in salary or other forms of compensation into the proposed budget;
  
• Providing a sounding board for staff members to express their feelings regarding their job, performance, and treatment by others.
• Reviewing regularly the staffing needs of the church
  
• Establishing a plan of action for onboarding new staff members and providing them with the information, forms, and tools necessary.
